That is exactly what I was looking for an immersion blender with professional quality at an affordable price! I love making soups, but hated the transfer batches in a blender to puree. Many mixers are not simply immersed power required to puree properly. That’s it.
I used my mixer twice daily for 5 years. This blender is the best! Do not think because you pay more for a product to receive a greater SurLaTab mixer. You do not. I tried. And do not even bother with the cheaper versions.
Made with whipped cream and mix that was quick and easy – be careful not to lift the whisk, and send all the liquid in the region.
I tried to make a smoothie with a whip and came out very well, but not all the frozen fruit mix. Suggest leave thaw the fruit, a little or use the container of the helicopter blade and works well.
Cleaning is easy and this unit has plenty of power. Take into account the purchase of a helicopter blade and small container for when you just need a small amount of something. Can be a bit tedious to keep the power button, but this is not a major inconvenience.
I love my Braun Multiquick handblender! I had four of them, from the smallest to 400 watts today. I use almost daily. The chopper is very convenient and the fact that you can take the blender to the skillet and puree to the court or the heater is very convenient. The last model I have is much easier to clean so you can easily use it again!
Definitely recommend.
